  • We begin with a thorough examination of your wants, needs, and budget. Armed with that information, we design an architectural floorplan layout for us to review with one another until the “perfect” design is captured. After the layout design is approved, we begin the interior design, which includes detailing the cabinets, plumbing fixtures, plumbing faucets, paint, etc. Once all the materials are onsite, we begin construction.

  • Depending on the complexity, scope of work, and size of space being renovated, the design process could last between 2-4 weeks. The build out could take between 4 weeks to 4 months.

  • Yes, when a project requires architectural or structural plans, this is a service we coordinate on your behalf.

  • We can provide a 3D rendering so you can visualise your space

  • Yes, we supply all the labor and materials to complete your home renovation project.

  • Yes, we are a licensed renovator with the City of Toronto.

  • We offer a 1 year workmanship warranty (materials and labor). External product warranties are provided (faucets, fixtures, cabinets, etc). Our home renovations are well designed and well built using high quality material and craftsmanship, providing longevity for your home.

  • We provide a free telephone consultation to discuss your renovation needs.
